Techniques On How To Punch and Strike Fast “Method One”

This technique was mainly influenced by Wing Chun fighting style.     You focus to much on speed, you use more energy with all that movement, know how i can tell? you breath hard,all i need is one shot to knock a guy out with a slow punch and less energy.

    When you breathe with quick strikes, do you breathe out with the rythm of the strikes or simply breathe out at a steady flow?

    dang haha your pretty good but im faster not tryin to sound cocky haha im faster but i dont know how to do all that ninja shit hahaha and im ALOT more power i can bench 190 and my arms are pretty big haha soo yeah but thanks for the tips bro i definitly am gonna use some of these types of punches in some fights!
