  6. AEIOUandSometimesW says:

    @jhenrick79 no its not. . .jiu jitsu was what samurais used to disable and kill their enemys with joint locks and chokes, aikido was created in the 1920s, and there is little to nothing to take away from this dance class. . . .if you want to learn how to defend yourself in a non-sport ruthless way take up krav maga or something, this is just bologna

  7. swumppih says:

    @tiomojito MMA is what it is, Mixed Martial Arts. For example Aikiod is a part of it.

  8. paris793 says:

    que mentirotas this is a bullshit

  9. jhenrick79 says:

    @AEIOUandSometimesW It is based on fighting with swords, from the Samurai days. They used it to survive in life and death fights, not sporting events. It was practical then, why not now?

  10. jhenrick79 says:

    @kornbr3ad1 No.

  11. gcmek says:

    that is footage from a class he is teaching. he is not fighting those people. he is showing how to do moves to the class and the people attacking him r doing exactly what he says to show how the move is done to the class. he is definitely not kicking ass and the people who knocked mma dont have a clue

  12. WWEwrestlingfan190 says:

    Fuckin douche!!!!

  13. kornbr3ad1 says:

    this is retarded segal would get his ass kicked in real life

  14. TBone31270 says:

    I think I heard somewhere that he practices several different styles, in addition to Aikido. I wouldn’t fuck with him.

  15. TBone31270 says:

    Seagal’s a fuckin’ badass. Great musician also.

  16. Bowmike13 says:

    I am extremely skeptical of this. His attackers aren’t trying to hit him, they are just running at him and getting tossed. They aren’t being hurt and they are able to continue attacking. I think most other fighting styles are superior to Aikido.

    @tiomojito What? Are you serious?

  20. Majic490 says:

    @AEIOUandSometimesW You are correct it is quite difficult to snatch up someone’s wrist but if they are stupid enough to “give” you their wrist in a shirt grab of some other numbskull move like that this is quite effective.

  21. AEIOUandSometimesW says:

    i dont know if you know this but that is just a little show they are doing, their is no real fighting because this is playtime stuff, your not gonna snatch up someones wrist with that kinda ease in real life, Aikido=useless

  22. JayBoostToes says:

    LMAO this is pretty random. just throwing people everywhere

  23. golutai says:

    @tiomojito yeah aikido teaches you how to defend against alien attacks aswell. strange that if they enter the ring they get koed with one punch. but they know how to defend theirselves against knives.

  24. Kenyawn says:

    @tiomojito If you can’t fight one unarmed person, what makes you believe you are capable of defeating several armed ones?

  25. DJJerac says:

    @tiomojito in every MA which includes belts u have to demonstrate a fight with more atackers for a black belt or even less. in MMA there are 70 percent fighters (talking about real atlets and fighters) with black belts so i wouldn’t agree with your comment.
