Can anyone tell me about the music in the first half? I hear typical Indonesian tuning, much like in the big gamelan music i’m familiar with, but it’s approached more like indian classical with solo performer / backer duet. Is there a genre associated with this?

@TAOTAO3730 hahaha are you a martial art practise???? Come to Malaysia or Indonesia and see by your self what is silat. Like people say don’t judge the book by it’s cover. @july071992 either you want,neither you dont want…silat its not a martial art,,,its more a chorografy!!!if athlets try to go to a serious fight with a clasical martial art as karate ,taekwon do,etc.etc. you will see the humble and respect agianst silat….for the record now what you say there its only words!!the clasical martial arts saw to wolrd their superiority,,silat what is the offer to martial arts???may be a good dance????maybe???

@TAOTAO3730 really? judo is slow they need to grab the enemy before executing those “deadly” stances. a real silat fighter would be able to escape the trap easily because it is swift. seriously, study the martial art first before coming to that conclusion. plus, silat is just a generic term for various martial arts from southern thailand, philippines, indonesia, brunei and malaysia.
