Okay that is fair enough, so they still gain the skills… Just in a more ‘easier way to teach for children so their concentration level doesn’t get disturbed?’

@TheAikidoBush thanks for your comment. Just to clarify, all the games that we play with the kids during class are to teach them different skills while keeping them interested. Kids are a tough crowd, but by far the most rewarding to teach!

I just hope all these games and fun don’t distrupt the actual purpose of training. So when they get into the life threatening situation they think it’s a bit of fun. But then again the children would indeed get bored if it was all action packed. I just hope it actually has benefits.

You are comparing a Self-Defense Style of Krav Maga vs a Military Style of Krav Maga.
The Self-Defense Style still works in a street conflict or situation. I would suggest it for any child. I wouldn’t suggest a Military Style because to be honest it is allot more intense fitness wise, physically challenging and most of all “IT IS FOR MILITARY PURPOSE’S!” Lawl… So your right, but it depends why you want to learn something. Do protect yourself on the streets? Or in a war?

Commando Krav Maga and Police Krav Maga is best. Self-defense Krav Maga isn’t as great.
